Solid Hardwood flooring has a thick top wear layer that can be sanded and refinished again up to several times and can last well over 100 years. Solid Hardwood flooring also adds structural strength to a floor system due to its thickness and interlocking Tongue and Groove. Bella Cera Engineered Hardwood Flooring is the Better and Greener Choice for Most Homes Engineered hardwood floors look and feel exactly the same as solid wood floors, but they are more beautiful and far more flexible, especially for DIY installations.
